Hace rato no escribía una entrada nueva pero esto de estudiar diseño es bastante pesado (y más en épocas de entregas)...bueno bueno, basta de quejas. Quiero hablarles un poco acerca de esta línea de zapatos que lleva por nombre United Nude, creada por nada más y nada menos que el arquitecto holandés Rem D Koolhaas y el integrante de la dinastía zapatera, Galahad Clark.
La propuesta que tienen es sumamente interesante, pues no son unos zapatos cualquiera, ya que al estar un arquitecto involucrado, se juega un poco más con la idea del equilibrio. Esto es más evidente en los zapatos para mujer, que en lugar de tener un tacón común y corriente, proponen formas nuevas que hacen que los zapatos parezcan más una obra de arte genuina que cualquier otra cosa. Cabe mencionar que hay zapatos tanto para mujer como para hombre.

It´s been a while since I last wrote a new entry but this whole "design career" thing is quite hard to mix up with almost anything else (at least during finals)...ok, ok, no more complaints. I want to talk a bot about this new shoe line called United Nude, created by nothing more and nothing less than the Dutch architect Rem D Koolhaas and member of a shoemaking dynasty, Galahad Clark.
What they came up with is quite interesting, as they are not just any shoes; being an architect involved makes the whole thing focus on balance. This is most evident on
women´s shoes, because instead of having an ordinary heel, they propose new shapes that make these shoes look more like a genuine work of art than anything else. Worth mentioning that there are shoes for both women and men.
